LIMITED WARRANTY FOR ARTIFICIAL CHRISTMAS TREES
RAZ Imports warrants its artificial trees against manufacturer-only defects for a periods of 7 years from the date of purchase indicated on your sales receipt. White Trees and Flocked Trees are not warranted against yellowing. Manufactured defective parts will be repaired or replaced. Burned out bulbs are not covered by warranty. This Warranty covers structural components to the tree including steel base, inner pole, hinges and hinge components and branch limbs. The warranty does not cover cosmetic changes to the tree, damage caused to the tree through incorrect set-up or take down, intentional or unintentional misuse, product mistreatment through improper storage or neglect, weather damage or damage from regular wear and tear.
This Warranty does not apply to trees that are used as display trees in the store. RAZ Imports does not warranty tree stands that break due to stress from tipping or moving fully assembled/decorated trees. Outdoor use of this tree voids the warranty.
PRE-LIT TREES LIMITED WARRANTY
RAZ Imports warrants the light sets on its Pre-Lit trees against manufacturer-only defects in material or workmanship for a period of three (3) years from date of purchase. This warranty covers defective wiring, transformers and bulb socket failure. The limited warranty does not include burned out bulbs, loose or broken bulbs or damage to wiring, transformers or sockets through intentional or unintentional misuse or regular wear and tear. Culpability of company is limited to replacement of defective light set only. Burned out blubs are not covered by warranty. To have the warranty placed in effect, a Proof of Purchase is required noting purchase date. You may contact Customer Service at 1-800-443-3450. You will need the Tree Item Number, UPC Code, Sales Receipt with Store Name, Date Purchased and Price of the Tree.
Customers are required to contact RAZ Imports for AUTHORIZATION OF RETURN prior to shipping product for warranty service.
SHIPPING COST UNDER PRE-LIT WARRANTY TERMS
Please note the following terms regarding shipping of product for warranty service:
1 - RAZ Imports will pay the cost of the shipping (to our facility and back to customer), under warranty terms, during the first season of use. Receipt dated prior to December 25 of purchase year constitutes first season of use. Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to obtain a box of the smallest possible size and shape to securely contain the part being shipped.
2 - After the second season of use, the customer will be responsible for cost of shipping to our facility. RAZ Imports will pay the return cost delivery of parts repaired due to manufacturing defect. Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost of any parts repaired or replaced due to misuse or neglect.
3 - All shipping costs to and from our facility for warranty service after the third season of use will be the responsibility of the customer.
