Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, a return may be made within 30 days from the date of purchase or before December 24th whichever comes first. 

Example 1: You purchase a Christmas item on December 5th you have until December 24th to return the item.

Example 2: You purchase a Christmas item on December 30th you have until January 29th to return the item.

 

  • Product(s) must include an original invoice and be in new, unused, undamaged condition with all packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts.
  • Please complete the return form listed on the back of your invoice/packing slip and return it with the merchandise. If you do not have the form, you can print it here https://www.thejollychristmasshop.com/return-form/
  • Buyer must pay return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Gift Cards, personalized ornaments and Mystery boxes cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. (Please note depending on your credit card, your credit could take up to 10 business days to post to your account.)
  • We reserve the right to limit returns under certain circumstances.
  • Please note there is a 15% restocking fee on all artificial tree returns.
  • There is a 25% restocking fee for all refused or undeliverable orders.

Item(s) Damaged During Shipment

 

  • Please text us a photo(s) of the damaged item(s) to 770-554-2024 or use our chat feature on our website. Please do not email this information. 
  • Include a description of the damage
  • Include order number.
  • Damages must be reported within 14 days of delivery receipt or before December 24th whichever comes first. If you are giving your item as a gift, please be sure to check your item for damages or missing pieces as soon as you receive your order.  

 

Price Adjustments:

Due to the seasonality of our business, we do not give price adjustments on previously placed orders that have items that have gone on sale, gone on clearance or apply to new coupon codes.
